DIRECTION FOR PREPARING PLANTAIN FUFU
- Boil desired volume of water to about 100 o C (212 o F)
- Gradually add desired amount of Kalida premium plantain flour while stirring with a hand mixer o Alternatively, boil the water to about 70 o C (158 o F), gradually add the flour while heating to 100 o C (212 o F)
- It is important to add the flour gradually to prevent lumps or fish eyes
- Reduce the heating while stirring for a smooth blend
- Add small amount of cold water and heat for about 2-4 minutes
- Stir again to get desired smooth blend
